Hi! Thank you for validating what I’m experiencing now, and for your tips. I got home to LA from my first trip ever to Japan a week ago. I thinkI am finally settling in, but my sleep patterns still a bit off. I also made the mistake of jumping into my very rigorous (though wonderful) group tour with no cushion days before. Big mistake, with the 17 hour difference and long flight. Now I know though for next time!
