The cooler temps are why fall is one of my favorite seasons for self-care.
It’s the perfect time to snuggle into some cozy outfits, sip on a warm cup of tea, and get lost in a book or movie.

Spend a night DIYing Halloween decorations, carve a pumpkin, or maybe nows the time you learn how to knit. The many holidays during the fall season give us many opportunities to get our craft on.

Try your hand at making a seasonal fall food item. It’s the season of apples and pumpkins! It’s also the season with some of the warmest comforting foods.
