I was super nervous about releasing this video. It’s my first LA video since I started releasing Japan videos, and I wasn’t exactly sure how I would format or go about vlogs back home in LA.
As always, I want to take you with me on this journey through Japan, LA, and also life in general. Working between both countries is something I’m still trying to wrap my head around, but I’m hoping we can figure it out together.
Since it’s been a while and there are lots of new faces in the community, I wanted to start off with a refresher about my channel and what you can expect to see in the upcoming months.
You’ll see what I’ve been up to lately in LA and see what it’s like to visit the Huntington Library—a place you NEED to add to your LA bucket list when you visit!
I really hope you enjoy getting a glimpse into my life at home in LA.
With love, Remi

ABOUT ME
Hi! I’m Remi. A Japanese-American millennial navigating adulthood in Los Angeles. I was born in Fukuoka, Japan but was adopted and raised in Los Angeles, CA.
I love playing tourist in my own city and discovering new places to visit (& eat)!
My mission is to encourage people to be tourists in their own cities by sharing my experiences with the world. You’ll discover places to visit in Los Angeles/Southern California and get an understanding of what it’s like to live in LA. I’ll also take you with me as I continue to learn more about Japan and my Japanese heritage.
Thanks so much for watching!
