Today’s video is about how to get out of a funk.
Do you ever have days where you just don’t feel up to par?
Like, you know, you’re not moving at 100%?
You’re tired, unmotivated, and, overall, feeling a lot more sluggish than usual?
It’s okay to feel this way sometimes.
It’s okay to have unproductive days where all you do is potato and rest.
You’re allowed to have days to rest and recharge your batteries!
I felt compelled to make this video because I’ve felt really out of it for a couple of days.
I wanted to come on here and talk about ways I regain motivation when I’m in a funk and am feeling more tired than usual.
This video is especially good for people who are feeling out of it but still have things that need to get done.
