This page will continuously be updated as more resources become available (or known) to me. The best way to know when updates are made is to sign up to receive my bi-weekly newsletter.

How to Support the AAPI Community
- Report hate crimes.
- Report a crime at stopaapihate.org or standagainsthatred.org
- Hate Crime Resources to understand the difference between a hate crime and incident, how to report properly, and resources for support.
- Help de-escalate situations of hate against Asian Americans.
- Donate to organizations supporting AAPI communities.
- Volunteer for initiatives to improve local safety.
- Educate yourself. Learn more about the AAPI experience and cultures.
- Check your own beliefs and consider how you may be perpetuating stigmas.
- Support AAPI businesses and organizations.
- Check-in on each other as we continue to combat racism together.

COMMUNITY ORGANIZATIONS
- Koreatown Youth + Community Center (Los Angeles)
- KYCC (Koreatown Youth and Community Center) was established in 1975 to support a growing population of at-risk youth in Los Angeles. Today, KYCC is the leading multiservice organization in Koreatown, supporting children and their families in the areas of education, health, housing, and finances. We believe that if the family is healthy, our community will thrive. KYCC is committed to making Koreatown a safe and beautiful place to live and work.
- Asian Americans Advancing Justice
- Since 1991, Asian Americans Advancing Justice | AAJC has fought for Asian Americans in the national conversations that determine policies that shape our lives. The AAJC is a national organization located in Washington D.C. dedicated to advancing the civil and human rights of Asian Americans and building a fair and equitable society for all through public education, public policy advocacy, community organizing, and litigation.
- The AAPI Community Fund (organized by GoFundMe.org)
- The Support the AAPI Community Fund aims to address the urgent issues that face the AAPI community and broader, systemic problems. With the donations received through the Fund, GoFundMe.org will issue grants to trusted AAPI organizations working to rectify the racial inequalities in our society.
- Hate Is A Virus
- Hate Is A Virus is a nonprofit community of mobilizers and amplifiers that exists to dismantle racism and hate.
- AAPI Women Lead
- AAPI Women Lead and #ImReady Movement aims to strengthen the progressive political and social platforms of Asian and Pacific Islander communities in the US through the leadership of self-identified AAPI women and girls. Our goal is to challenge and help end the intersections of violence against and within our communities. We do this work in solidarity with other communities of color.
- Asian Mental Health Initiative
- The Asian Mental Health Collective is on a mission to normalize and de-stigmatize mental health within the Asian community.
- National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Association
- The National Asian American Pacific Islander Mental Health Association (NAAPIMHA) mission is to promote the mental health and well-being of the Asian American and Pacific Islander communities.
- National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance
- The National Queer Asian Pacific Islander Alliance (NQAPIA) is a federation of lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender (LGBT) Asian American, South Asian, Southeast Asian, and Pacific Islander (AAPI) organizations. We seek to build the organizational capacity of local LGBT AAPI groups, develop leadership, promote visibility, educate our community, enhance grassroots organizing, expand collaborations, and challenge homophobia and racism.
- NAPABA Hate Crimes Task Force
- NAPABA has established pro bono legal resources to ensure that local communities have legal resources to address the most egregious hate-fueled attacks against our community.
