People throw around the word “manifestation” all the time but do you really know what it means or how to do it?
Manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief.
Manifesting is more than saying words out loud once and then thinking it’s going to happen.
It’s about firmly believing in yourself and what you want.
Then proactively taking steps to make it happen.
Now, let’s get into how you do it!
How to Manifest What You Want:
Be crystal clear on what you want.
To manifest what you want, you have to specify what you are working towards.
You need to know what the target is to make decisions that get you there.
It’s like asking for a new hair color but then not specifying what color.
If you don’t specify the color, you may get a new hair color but not necessarily the one you want.
The hairdresser (i.e., the universe) needs to know what color you want to give you what you want.
Understand WHY you want it.
Knowing what you want is the first step, but then you must understand why you want it.
Why is this dream so important to you? What impact will this have on your life as a whole?
Understanding your “why” is what’ll keep you going and motivated as you work towards your dreams.
Speak it into existence.
Say it out loud and ask for exactly what you want. Put it out into the world! Make it so that it is not just a thought in your head.
Ask, and you shall receive.
Check your thoughts and the words you use.
The language you use to describe things is powerful! Pay attention to how you talk about your vision.
Remember that what you focus on is what you’ll get, meaning that you want to choose words that represent exactly what you want.
Don’t put unnecessary roadblocks into the world by using words that diminish or deflate your dreams.

Create a mantra and repeat it daily.
Repeat positive affirmations that lift your energy to match what you desire. Write a mantra and repeat it over and over.
The more you repeat, the more your mind will believe it is true.
Visualize what you want and how you’ll feel.
While you repeat your affirmations, envision what it’ll be like to reach what you want.
Play out in your mind what success looks like to you and create emotion around your dream.
According to Psychology Today, mental imagery and visualization impact many cognitive processes associated with enhancing motivation and increasing confidence and self-efficacy.
Visualization helps elevate your energy to align with what you want.
Show up and put in the work!
Commit and take the necessary steps to reach your vision. All previous actions get you in the right state of mind, raise your vibration, and give you a specific direction to achieve your dream.
Now’s the part where you show up for yourself and show the universe that you’re committed to what you want.
Gratitude.
Practice gratitude every single day. Be thankful for where you are in the journey and your progress.
The more appreciation you give towards something, the more something will show up in your life.
Gratitude keeps you in a positive state of emotion. A gratitude practice trains your brain to seek and focus on the good, and what you focus on, you will find more of.
