These are the five best manifestation techniques to attract the life that you want.
The key to manifesting is knowing how to use the law of attraction to your advantage.
According to TheLawofAttraction.com, the law of attraction is “the ability to attract into our lives whatever we are focusing on.”
To put it simply, the law of attraction means what you give is what you get back. What you think becomes your reality.
All thoughts turn into things eventually, and this happens whether we’re conscious of it or not.
That’s why it’s important to be mindful of the words we use because what you put out into the world is what you get back.
So, let’s move onto the best manifestation techniques to be more conscious about what you’re attracting.

Vision board
A vision board is a physical representation of your goals and is a powerful visualization tool.
It’s filled with imagery, words of affirmation, inspirational quotes, etc., that encapsulate the life you want.
You use these boards to condition your mind to seek and attract things that align with the life you want to live.
Constantly referencing your vision board also ignites cognitive processes associated with enhancing motivation and increasing confidence and self-efficacy.

Manifestation affirmations
Positive affirmations are statements that you repeat to get yourself in a positive state.
You affirm what you want to attract, and in doing so, you raise your vibration to meet how you want to feel and live your life.
When this happens, you start acting in alignment with things that move you toward your goals and beliefs.
You build self-belief to help you move more confidently through life.

Gratitude journaling
Gratitude journaling brings you into the present and gives you time to reflect on what you have to be grateful for in life.
You visualize what you’re thankful for and reflect on how you feel about each of those things.
Doing so brings you into a higher vibrational state. Over time, you become more naturally mindful of the good in the world around you.
Remember the law of attraction? Well, the more you express gratitude and appreciate life, the more the universe will provide you with things to be grateful for.

Future self journaling
Future self journaling is the practice of reflecting on the future you want and writing as if you have already achieved it.
You set an intention for your future and send a message to your subconscious mind of how you want to live.
The subconscious can’t tell the difference between your thoughts and what’s real.
Eventually, your subconscious mind will start unconsciously acting and making decisions that align with the future you visualized for yourself.
Act ‘as if’
We attract the energy that we give out.
When you act as if you’ve already achieved what you want, this results in behavioral changes that will fast track you to achieve that life.
Famous psychologist Alfred Adler found that “As people begin to act differently and to feel differently, they become different.”
This is more than just “faking it until you make it” because you actually need to believe that you have made it.
You need to believe and internalize that you already have it.
Doing this will help you bypass your insecurities and limiting beliefs that may otherwise get in your way.
